Return & Exchange Policy
FNTOUCHGALLERY allows customers to exchange or return any product purchased online within 15 days of receiving the order, free of charge. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns and exchanges are subject to stock availability.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at fntouchgallery@gmail.com The full parcel must be returned to the address mentioned on the invoice. Once we receive and verify the product, our team will process your request and send the replacement or confirm the return.
Customers can also exchange products directly at any FNTOUCHGALLERY store. To do this, please bring the product along with the purchase invoice to your nearest outlet.
Important to note:
Only one return or exchange is allowed against a single invoice.
Products bought with discounts or special offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items such as pajamas, luxury sarees, leggings, dupattas, scarves, innerwear, home products, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
Monetary refunds are not offered; replacement or store credit will apply where necessary.
রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি
FNTOUCHGALLERY-এ অনলাইনে কেনা যেকোনো পণ্য ডেলিভারির ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে বিনামূল্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে। প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত থাকতে হবে এবং ট্যাগ ও আসল প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে। রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ স্টক-লভ্যতার ওপর নির্ভর করবে।
রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চাইলে fntouchgallery@gmail.comএ আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। ইনভয়েসে উল্লেখিত ঠিকানায় সম্পূর্ণ পার্সেল ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে। প্রোডাক্ট যাচাই শেষে আমাদের টিম নতুন প্রোডাক্ট পাঠাবে বা রিটার্ন কনফার্ম করবে।
গ্রাহকরা চাইলে সরাসরি যেকোনো FNTOUCHGALLERY স্টোর থেকেও প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন। এজন্য প্রোডাক্ট ও ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েস নিয়ে নিকটস্থ স্টোরে যেতে হবে।
উল্লেখযোগ্য বিষয়সমূহ:
একটি ইনভয়েসের বিপরীতে কেবল একবারই রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
ডিসকাউন্ট বা বিশেষ অফারে কেনা পণ্য রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জযোগ্য নয়।
পায়জামা, লাক্সারি শাড়ি, লেগিংস, দুপাট্টা, স্কার্ফ, আন্ডারগার্মেন্ট, হোম প্রোডাক্ট ও এক্সেসরিজ রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে না।
রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো আর্থিক রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না; প্রয়োজনে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা স্টোর ক্রেডিট প্রযোজ্য হবে।
